Coverage: Full internal parts warranty (Without Display Damage)
Details: Under this program, ‘Internal Parts Damages’ caused by hardware failure (caused without any external influence) will be covered. Any issues related to the device’s display will not be covered by this program. Any issues caused by ‘Any Sort of Accident’, ‘Fire’, ‘Electric Shock’, ‘Any Sort of Liquid’ or any other ‘External Influence’ will not be covered by this program.
Customers will have to pay 5% value of the product price to avail this service. Service value is already added with the product price.
*Product comes with the original box with the same IMEI number.

1. POLICY TERMS
1.1 This policy provides coverage for the device in the event of any internal damage caused to the hardware (all internal components without screen) except for damages caused intentionally or accidentally or by any sort of liquid or any sort of external influence.
1.2 Policy Period – 12 months from the date of registration.
1.3 There is a CCTC (customer contribution towards claim)/excess amount of a flat 10% on claim value for any internal parts damage, which will be paid by insured (customer) as CCTC and balance repair value will be paid or incurred by SWAP.
1.4 The total claims paid during the policy year would not exceed the total depreciated value of the device.
1.5 Customers can raise two (2) claims in one-year for Parts Warranty.
1.6 Consolidated value of two (2) repairs is maximum to Sum of Insured value (Sum Insured value = Depreciation on Invoice Value at time of first (1st) claim on Invoice Value).
1.7 Warranty will be void if the customer opens the device or repairs it without notifying SWAP beforehand with proper cause or explanation.
2. CLAIMS PROCESS:
For any damage not resulting from customer misuse-
2.1 Customer can raise the claim using any of the listed platforms – call center or website*
2.2 Post verification of uploaded documents, we will collect the device from the given address and deposit at our repair center.
2.3 Repair work is carried out only if the repair cost is within the approved limit set by SWAP.
2.4 CCTC will be deposited by Customer as per the claims raised.
2.5 In case of failure to fix the product, SWAP will pay the customer following depreciated value deducting the CCTC.
2.6 Any claim raised will be resolved within fifteen (15) working days of collecting the device from customers unless notified beforehand.
